3. Eligibility

To use Payla, you must: • Be at least 18 years old • Provide accurate and complete information • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements • Comply with applicable laws and regulations Payla reserves the right to refuse or terminate access to any user at its discretion.

4. Account Registration

6. Payment Processing

By using Payla: • You authorize us to process transactions on your behalf • Transactions may be subject to reviews, verification, or delays • We may decline or reverse transactions where necessary for compliance or security reasons Payla is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment networks, or third-party providers.

7. Fees & Charges

Payla may charge fees for: • Transactions • Currency conversion • Virtual cards • Withdrawals • Premium features Applicable fees will be displayed before transactions are completed.

8. Refunds & Reversals

Payments made through Payla are generally final. Refunds may only occur: • In cases of duplicate transactions • Unauthorized activity investigations • Failed transactions • Mutual agreement between parties Payla reserves the right to investigate and determine eligibility for refunds.

9. Disputes

Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly. Where necessary, Payla may assist in reviewing disputes, but: • We do not guarantee outcomes • We are not liable for contractual disagreements between users and third parties Users must provide sufficient evidence during investigations.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use Payla for: • Fraudulent activities • Money laundering • Terrorism financing • Illegal goods or services • Unauthorized access or abuse of the platform • Harmful, deceptive, or unlawful conduct Violation may result in: • Account suspension • Fund restrictions • Legal reporting

11. Compliance & Verification

Payla complies with applicable: • KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements • AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations • Fraud prevention obligations We may request additional information at any time.

12. Crypto Services (Future/Optional)

Where crypto services are available: • Cryptocurrency transactions may involve risks and volatility • Users are solely responsible for crypto-related decisions • We may request additional information at any time Payla does not guarantee the value or performance of digital assets. Availability may depend on jurisdictional laws.

13. Intellectual Property

All Payla branding, software, content, logos, and designs are owned by Payla or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer without written permission.

14. Suspension & Termination

Payla may suspend or terminate accounts if: • Terms are violated • Fraud is suspected • Required verification is not completed • Regulatory obligations require action Users may also close their accounts subject to applicable obligations.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Payla shall not be liable for: • Indirect damages • Lost profits • Service interruptions • Third-party failures • Unauthorized access beyond reasonable control Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

16. Third Party Services

Payla may integrate with banks, payment processors, and external providers. We are not responsible for: • Third-party downtime • Errors • Policies • External service failures

Your use of Payla is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is collected and used.

18. Changes to These Terms

Payla may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria unless otherwise required by applicable international regulations.
